Dr. Gel shares her experiences advocating for holistic reviews, diversity and inclusion policies, and equitable workplace practices in light of California voters banning Affirmative Action in 1996 – and the implications for the future in both public and private education, employment and contracting. And further, what our organization is doing around broader calls for justice, equity, diversity, and leveling the playing field.
