11.25.25 – Check Out Our 2025 Voter Hub Impact Report

Amid a volatile economy, fractious social climate, and the unrelenting force of the federal government targeting immigrants, working families, LGBTQ+ communities, and the most vulnerable through ICE raids, funding cuts, and discriminatory policies, LEAD Filipino sprang into action with less than 60 days to spearhead multiple GOTV efforts for the Special Election that was held on November 4, 2025. 

Recognizing the Special Election as a critical moment to turnout voters around key messages of safety, social services, and representation, we partnered with Latina Coalition Silicon Valley [LCSV] to reintroduce and implement the Voter Hub at Open San José – a relational voter engagement model that we co-designed with Latina Coalition, composed of in-person and digital organizing strategies, voter registration and field programs driven by the nonprofit sector.
