This anonymous survey focuses on AANHPI folks who live in Santa Clara and are over 18 years old. The last one was conducted in 2017 – that was pre-pandemic! So much has changed since then and we need your help to truly understand the current landscape of AANHPI physical, emotional, and mental health.

The data will be disaggregated amongst various AANHPI ethnicities as we understand that our various ethnic communities face unique challenges. Identifiable information will not be collected – only the behaviors and actions- so responses can stay anonymous.
