7.9.25 – Kalusugan [ Health] Advocacy Program – Outreach Day

 Come through and meet us at the Santa Clara Farmer’s Market this weekend!

We’ll be there this Saturday, July 12 from 9-1PM with our Kalusugan [Health] Advocacy Cohort doing outreach around blood pressure awareness and sharing information regarding the AANHPI Health Needs Assessment in partnership with AACI and Community Health Synergy.

Pick up local produce, support local businesses, and meet us at this free, community-run, family-friendly event!

These outreach efforts are to encourage and notify our community of the AANHPI Health Needs Assessment. The last one was completed in 2017, so we are definitely overdue to update data points about the needs, attitudes, and behaviors of the AANHPI community in Santa Clara County.
