Congratulations again to our inaugural Kalusugan [Health] Advocacy Cohort! Y’all really did that!

Through each session, discussion and assignment, we saw the growth and passion in each of you to critically understand Filipina/x/o needs at a socioeconomic and cultural level so we can advocate for a healthy lifestyle that prioritizes both physical and mental health.

This is only the beginning of your health advocacy work and we’re excited to see how you all will continue to evolve as health advocates, educators, and community health workers!
