Join us on Sunday, March 7, 2024 from 5-6PM PST for our informational workshop on Dual Citizenship.
When we polled our members in 2020, we found that an overwhelming majority of them were 2nd, with some 3rd, generation Filipina/x/o Americans. As our membership base grows, we continue to hear our members express interest in bridging their American and Philippine identities.
From language, food, fashion, culture, history, and society, we will provide pathways for Philippines cultural immersion and exposure for our members, with our Dual Citizenship educational efforts as one of many opportunities.
Please join us for our upcoming Dual Citizenship workshop with the Philippines Consulate General of San Francisco on March 7th.
This workshop will provide an overview of the features, laws, and process of obtaining Dual Citizenship with the Philippines. Dual Citizenship holds many benefits, including the ability to travel, work, vote, and purchase land in the Philippines.
In future sessions, we will host panel discussions with FilAms that currently hold Dual Citizenship to learn more about their experiences.
