Who We Are

LEAD Filipino is a volunteer-run cultural organization of students, young adults, and families based in San Jose. We expose young Filipin@s to civic leadership, public policy, and public service, through educational programs, issue campaigns, and local initiatives. Our aim is to increase the visibility and representation of Filipin@s in public leadership in our community.
