12.26.22 – New Year, New Me Workshop

Throughout 2023, our Holistic Healing Program will feature monthly health and cultural workshops on topics of relevance to Filipino food and diet, healthy relationships, intergenerational mental and emotional health, personal introspection and wellness practices.

Launch the year with LEAD Filipino members and families with incorporating mindfulness and wellness practice into your daily lifestyle.

We will be sharing various tips and tricks to practice mindfulness, move our bodies, and lastly, create vision boards for attendees to keep track of their progress. This workshop is in partnership with Asian American Community Involvement (AACI).

3 Takeaways for our Attendees:

  • Have participants leave with at least 1-2 new oppurtunities to incorperate health and wellbeing into their daily routine
  • Have participants complete 50% of a vision board template we will be providing
  • Build community with other participants and enjoy each other’s company
