Summer Jeepney Jam #2022

For the first time, we were able to collaborate with the partners of Filipino American Communities Together (FACT) San Jose, Moveable and Garden at the Flea to host a community event in celebration of Philippines Independence Day.

Last Friday, June 17 we turned out our members, youth and families alongside Filipino Youth Coalition, BNK Filipino School and FANHS Santa Clara Valley to host our first Summer Jeepney Jam at Garden at the Flea.

An evening of performances, music (classic and new), food and beverage, the Summer Jeepney Jam was the quintessential start of the summer season in San Jose.

Thank you to everyone that came out in support, we hope that you enjoyed the evening experience that we put together. We look forward to starting our planning for this fall’s 2022 Filipino American History Month (FAHM) San Jose Series.
