Open San José is made up of fellow nonprofits and community leaders that include LEAD Filipino and our fellow Anchor Partners: CreaTV, Chopsticks Alley Art, Northern California Public Media, San José Spotlight, Works/San José, and Mosaic America. Check out these different vendors coming to our Queer Filipinx Lakbay Summit this Saturday! We know you’ll be at Jeepney Jam with us on Friday, June 16th at @gardenattheflea to see the incredible @ladiesofonevo1ce light up the stage! Meet the remaining Queermittee members who are planning the Queer Filipinx Lakbay Summit on Saturday, June 3! 🌈🔥 Every summer through our Awareness in Action Program (AAP) we gather weekly to discuss FilAm culture, history, identity, politics, and broader society. Here is Mar’s experience from last year’s virtual AAP! Since her time in our program, Mar has spearheaded our Bahay!
